When Good Gets Better

I remember starting college and thinking that it was the greatest thing ever. Getting to be around a bunch of kids my age, living a few hours away from home, studying subjects that interested me... it was a good feeling!

There was one thing that I really wanted that I didn't have, though: a great group of musicians to play music with. I love music, it is a driving passion of mine, and for a while when I started college, that piece was missing.

You see, there was this really great worship band that our school had, comprised of some of the best musicians I had heard. I went to church and heard them play and sing and lead worship and I kept thinking how cool it would be to be a part of something like that.

So, towards the end of my first year, I tried out for this worship band, and I ended up making it as a bass player and singer.

The two years I spent with that worship band were some exciting, creative, and fun years. It was something I had never experienced before, serving and leading with such talented people. Being a part of this made my last two years even better than the first.
It's a really, REALLY good feeling when you have a good thing and it gets even better.

That's exactly what's happening right now at Next Level Church. Our church is so blessed by the musicians that make up our worship team, and this weekend, a GREAT thing is about to get even better with the addition of a new Blakeney Worship Pastor, an incredibly humble and talented guy by the name of K.C. Clark.

K.C. makes us better at what we do, and I am so excited to have him on the team. If you're in the Blakeney area, don't miss his first weekend at the Blakeney Campus as a member of the Next Level team!
