The reason we have such a good time with the music isn't just because it's fun to play, although that's a big part of it. We do church the way we do because we want regular, ordinary people to have a good time at church. We want people to leave talking about how good the music was, not to make us look good, but because we want more and more people to come hear about God's life-changing message!
A great by-product of this is getting to play blues music. And classic rock. And, come January, we'll devote an entire month to playing Beatles songs. How cool is that?
