Take the Best and Leave the Rest (Jared)

We don't often talk about our denominational affilitation at Next Level Church.  This is mostly because we don't have one in the traditional sense.  We do network with other churches and networks of churches that have similar values and goals as us, but we try to steer clear of the labels and all the baggage that comes with that.

It's not that we don't think that there isn't great stuff happening in some denominations, it's just that we know that at the end of the day (or universe) the chances of anyone's theology being perfectly correct is 1,000,000 to 1.  So our philosophy is take the best and leave the rest.

With that in mind, a church I used to attend would always say tounge-in-cheek:  You can tell that Jesus was a Baptist because he was always eating with people.  Now as far as I can tell eating and hanging out is one thing the Baptists have down!  And we would like to bring that spirit to Next Level Church.  So...

We've made it easier than ever to meet people and get more connected at Next Level Church. The very first step for anyone at NLC is to come to a Starting Point class!  On Monday, January 26th at 7pm we'll have free dinner and childcare at the Matthews Campus for anyone from any campus hoping to get more connected.  Pastors Bill, Doug, & Mark will all be there.  A church just isn't home unless you find great friends there.  This is your chance!  Please rsvp to melissaj@nextlevelchurch.org with the number of adults and children attending
