Good Music On The Way

Friday, March 30, 2012
Call me narrow-minded, call it my job, but I tend to focus on what's happening with the music at Next Level Church. And I am excited for what's coming up over the next two weekends.

First off, this weekend. Let me give you a sneak peek of the set list, which is the same for both campuses.

King - Tree63
Song of Hope- Robbie Seay Band
How He Loves- John Mark McMillan
From the Inside Out- Hillsong

That is sounding pretty awesome to me. I can't wait to worship with the awesome people at Next Level Church this weekend.

Then, there is Good Friday on April 6th. I can't reveal too much, but this will be one of the most outside-the-box services we have ever done. It's all designed to tell the story of the last 24 hours of Jesus' life in a super creative and impactful way. And the music will be really cool.

Finally, there is Easter. I'll just tell you this: Kings of Leon and Mumford and Sons. I can't say any more, or my fictional confidentiality agreement will be broken.

I hope you are as excited as I am, because God made music and I think He uses it to speak to us, and He uses it to help us connect to Him. I'm just glad to be a part of it.
